Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. Netlify processes this data on our behalf in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, Netlify relies on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). More information: netlify.com/privacy.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, subject and message) in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for booking and engagement inquiries, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Submissions are received by Netlify (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to our email address. We delete them once your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Email

If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you, on the same legal basis as the contact form. Our mailbox is hosted by our email provider, Beotel (Serbia).

Videos

The Listen page shows videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are only loaded when you click on one. Until then, no data is sent to YouTube: the preview images are served from this website. When you start a video, your browser connects to Google's servers; Google may process your IP address and usage data and store cookies or similar information on your device. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking the video (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Links to other websites

Links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Operabase and press articles are plain links. No data is sent to these providers until you click a link and leave this website.

Fonts, cookies and tracking

Fonts are served from this website; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font services. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. See also the cookie information.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
• have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17),
• restrict its processing (Art. 18),
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20),
